Cancellation Policy
CANCELATIONS and LATE policy:
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly text notify Equinox Artistry at 928-302-9326 as soon as possible to reschedule. Deposits are transferable 2 times after that you will need to pay a new deposit. All deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs within the 24hour window.
If your running late please let me know otherwise I may assume your not coming and release the appointment. If your less then 15 min late I will try my best to get you as full as possible in the allowed time. You will still be charged full price. If your 15 minutes late I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind I will always try my best to accommodate your session. Understand that if this does happen you will need to book your next fill in a week or it will be considered a full set. Thank you for your understanding 🫶🏻
